Salem 5K

Cat kept us up all night, I had maybe 6 to 7 hours of sleep but Caitlin had 5 if that. and she still woke up at 7:30 and came to run with me in the Run to Remember 5K in Salem. Both of us ran under 30 minutes.

What a great shot, we had a really fun time at the beach with our friends Chas and Caitlin.

Mt. Rainier trip
